Stadium Manager Bertie Grobbelaar and PSL Acting CEO Mato Madlala have announced that tickets for the Nedbank Cup final at Moses Mabhida Stadium this Saturday are entirely sold out.

Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will face off in Durban, but the ticket sales encountered a significant issue shortly after their release on Monday at 10:00 AM.

CEO Madlala revealed that a comprehensive investigation will be launched to ensure such problems do not occur again.

Grobbelaar, who was hired as an independent consultant because of his ticketing expertise for matches between these teams, has calculated the total number of tickets available for sale.

He noted that Moses Mabhida Stadium has a seating capacity of 49,307, with 537 tickets allocated for complimentary access and 3,000 reserved for sponsors. This left 41,000 tickets available for the general public.

However, Grobbelaar mentioned, “As of now, we do not have any tickets available for purchase.”
