After a recent cup match, JOSE MOURINHO delivered an inspiring pep talk to the players of the defeated team on the pitch.
The famous former manager of Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham led his current squad from Fenerbahce as they took on league rivals, Kasimpasa.
The home team featured a notably young squad, highlighted by 15-year-old Yaman Suakar.
Midfielder Suakar played for 88 minutes in the match, achieving the distinction of being the second-youngest player in his team’s history.
Fenerbahce, supplemented by seasoned players like Sofyan Amrabat, Caglar Soyuncu, and Youssef En-Nesyri, secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Kasimpasa.
En-Nesyri scored the opening goal just two minutes into the match, followed by Yusuf Akcicek who doubled the lead before the 30-minute mark.
Bartug Elmaz completed the scoring at 3-0 by halftime, with the second half ending without further goals.
After the match, Mourinho gathered the young Kasimpasa players for a discussion.
Video clips circulated on social media show the 61-year-old passionately addressing the players.
Following his motivating speech, Mourinho received applause from the Kasimpasa squad.

The footage quickly became viral, prompting varied reactions online.
One viewer remarked: “He has a true passion for football. His aim is to inspire that team.”
Another commenter humorously noted: “He can only beat U19 teams. Unfortunately….”
One user commented: “That’s mutual respect. They applauded him after his speech. I love this.”
In contrast, a skeptic stated: “While others admire this, I find it a bit arrogant. Are you their coach?”
Fenerbahce currently sits second in the Turkish Super Lig after 17 matches.
They trail their rivals Galatasaray by eight points.
Last season’s Turkish championship race was tightly contested until the end.
Mourinho’s predecessor, Ismail Kartal, earned 99 points but did not secure the title, losing out to Galatasaray.
Subsequently, Kartal departed when his contract ended, paving the way for the Portuguese manager to take charge.
