Reports suggest that CRISTIANO RONALDO is urging Al-Nassr to consider signing his former teammate Casemiro from Manchester United.

Casemiro is said to be in discussions about a potential transfer to the Saudi Pro League this month, following a challenging two-season period at Man Utd.

The 32-year-old Brazilian has faced significant criticism recently as he seeks to return to his previous levels of performance.

Speculation about a January move to the Middle East is increasing.

According to The Telegraph, Al-Nassr appears to be the leading contender for securing the midfielder’s services.

A transfer to the Riyadh club would renew his ties with Ronaldo and other past teammates from Real Madrid and Manchester United, with Ronaldo reportedly enthusiastic about the potential move.

Further reports indicate that Ronaldo is actively trying to facilitate this transfer.

This development has led Manchester United supporters online to believe that their former star still holds an emotional attachment to the club, especially as Casemiro’s exit could alleviate the financial strain of his substantial £350,000 weekly wage from Old Trafford.

Casemiro’s agreement with the Red Devils runs until 2026.

Ronaldo, meanwhile, has yet to define his long-term future with Al-Nassr.
