Fans took to social media to express their frustrations after trying to watch the opening match between Karel Sedlacek and Rhys Griffin.

The PDCTV stream started at 12:30 PM, but many viewers claimed they had no audio during the entire broadcast.

After 25 minutes of silence, the PDC issued a statement on X.

The announcement stated, “We are aware of the sound issues on PDCTV and are working closely with our providers to resolve it.”

“We appreciate your patience.”

Nevertheless, as the action began at the famous Ally Pally, disappointed fans who had paid for access became increasingly upset as the silence continued.

One user voiced their frustration on X: “Patience? Seriously? The stream has been up for 25 minutes with no sound, and it took this long to respond? Refunds are in order; this is ridiculous. I woke up at 6 AM in the States to watch this… I want to hear it too.”

Another commented: “Are you planning to turn the sound on? 20 minutes of silence… the matches have started, and still no audio… what’s going on?”
