This newly created role underscores her steadfast dedication to the principles of APO Group and her outstanding efforts in fostering a positive workplace culture.
In her position as an Account Director within the PR and Strategic Communications division, Tracy has played a crucial role in executing some of APO Group’s most influential PR campaigns for key clients across diverse sectors throughout Africa and beyond.
Her strategic insight has been vital in promoting narratives that celebrate the uplifting stories of Africa.

As Culture Ambassador, Tracy will spearhead initiatives aimed at embedding APO Group’s core values of excellence, accountability, collaboration, diversity, and agility within the entirely remote organization.

ABH highlighted that these 100 extraordinary individuals have significantly advanced the initiative through their unwavering commitment to enhancing the African start-up ecosystem.
This accolade serves as a testament to Tracy’s efforts over the past decade and her continual enthusiasm for championing Africa’s positive narratives and development through pan-African PR at APO Group.
